I've been a member of the Boy Scouts of America for 10 years now. I am currently a Life scout, the second highest ranking one can get and am in the process of getting my Eagle badge. I joined at the youngest possible age and really didn't get much of a kick out of it till I turned about 11 and moved from a cub scout to a boy scout. There I got to do fun, new things like camp, canoe, white water raft, rock climbing, winter survival and emergency rescue, and sking. I love the sking. We go every February. Me and my friend brian are the two best out of the group.

Recently I've become our troops SPL (senior patrol leader) so I've been in charge from July up untill now, and my term will end at the end of december. I found it to be a rewarding expericence, that helped me a lot through my time here.
