It is with great pride and enthusiasm that I welcome all students, families, and staff to the 2025–2026 school year at McDonald Local Schools. As I begin my first year as Superintendent, I am both honored and excited to serve a community so deeply rooted in tradition, pride, and excellence.

McDonald is a special place—where the schools are the heart of the community, and strong relationships among families, staff, and community members create the foundation for student success. We are proud to carry that tradition forward, supported by a dedicated team and families who share a united commitment to student growth. This strong foundation is built through open communication, cooperation, and mutual respect—values we uphold with all the families we serve, both within McDonald and beyond.

We are committed to working closely with families and community members to create a supportive, student-centered environment. Through strong partnerships and shared goals, we can ensure that our students not only succeed academically but also grow into responsible, confident, and compassionate citizens.
