Registration packets are available for pick up at Roosevelt Elementary from 8am-3pm. Please return all packets by the end of February. Packets are available in the links below.

Please be advised that your child must be five (5) by August 1st in order to be eligible to enroll for the 2024-2025 school year.
Items you will need to enroll:
- Child's Birth Certificate
- Child's Shot Record
- Child's Social Security Card
- Proof of Residence (ex. Utility Bill)
- Custody Papers (if applicable)

Kindergarten Screening Information
Grade K Screening will be conducted on April 3-4, 2024.
Here's what to expect:
For the screening, your child will be dropped off at Roosevelt and will spend 2 hours with the kindergarten teachers. Children will listen to a story, do an art project and do a variety of activities in addition to naming letters, numbers, colors, etc. The information collected during this time will allow us to better meet your child's needs for the 2024-2025 school year.
